Introduction

Zella Building Group was established in 2025 under the formal Florida Business name of Zella Homes, LLC.  It’s Founders, Robert W. Zella and Robert M. Zella, are Son and Father, and both have a long history of building and working alongside one another with a combined experience of 75 years in the industry. Although most of their experience lies in residential remodeling and new construction, they have also completed commercial tenant improvement work over the past 5 years and have increasingly enjoyed focusing on this project type as well.
