This project was a build that added a 2 story addition and 3rd car garage to an existing home in North Naples. This combined 2300 square feet featured a 1st floor living room, fireplace, theatre surround sound, workout area, pool bath and 2nd floor bedroom, kitchenette, laundry room, living room and cantilevered outdoor balcony. All additional square footage was constructed while keeping the original 1900 square foot structure completely livable and untouched by construction. The original structure had the pool, outdoor living, interior kitchen, interior flooring completely renovated as a separate phase to the project. Windows and doors were replaced with upgraded impact resistant glass.
